The Hot Cloth Cleanser works in two phases, the first being the cleansing. It claims to 'swiftly remove all traces of face and eye make-up, even stubborn mascara' - something which is definitely true, but not what I use this for! Before I work the cream into my skin, I always take my make-up off beforehand, as I prefer to use this to deep cleanse my skin rather than as a make-up remover. I find that, for me, it works best this way. I've used it to remove my make-up before and my skin definitely did not agree with it (spots, redness - the lot... not attractive!)
The next step is the polishing. In the starter kit, it comes with two pure muslin cloths (and it's only £14.75 - not too bad!), which you use to 'polish' off the cream, and they work to exfoliate the skin too. They gently buff away at the skin, leaving it feeling super soft, clean skin. The cocoa butter in this little beaut makes sure your skin is smooth and literally glowing - pretty brilliant if you ask me!
Since first using the Hot Cloth Cleanser, I can definitely see a difference in the condition of my skin. It's not only smoother, but it feels a lot cleaner too, and I'm not getting as many spots as I once was. I can honestly say I'm going to be repurchasing this over and over again, it definitely works wonders for me and you can't say better than that!

I haven't tried an Liz Earle but I've never heard anyone say a bad things about this cleanser! I think I'll be purchasing it once I've made my way through my current cleanser line up..
