dot-to-dot
As the new, improved, younger sister of the original Effaclar Duo, La Roche-Posay Effaclar Duo +* is currently the product I've been reaching for to deal with my troublesome skin. I suffer with frequent breakouts, and when I think the spots are finally gone, I'm left with red/brown marks that make my face look like a huge dot-to-dot puzzle book.
I also didn't realise how dehydrated the colder weather had made my skin - the first few days, the Effaclar Duo + sank into my skin so quickly, I barely had time to remember where I'd applied it. After the first week, though, I've been using less and less, and now I just apply it to the parts of my skin that need it the most.
Now, I'm not one to say that a product works magic, but there must be some kind of sorcery behind this little tube. After using it for around three weeks, I've found my skin tone is looking more even, I haven't been getting as many spots, and those that do crop up are gone in a few days (hallelujah!).
If you're suffering with troublesome skin after the horrible winter weather, then I just want to point you in the direction of this little miracle worker. Escentual currently have it on offer for £10.33 here (RRP £15.50!), so snap it up while you can!

I keep telling myself I will pick something up from the La Roche range and I'm still yet to bring anything home with me! I too get those brown spots once a break-out has cleared up and they take SO long to fade!
